Nondiscrimination Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
Dreamers Wish Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital or military status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law, in its employment, programs, services, or changemaker opportunities. Every child, family, and community member is welcome here.
Who this covers
This policy applies to everything Dreamers Wish Foundation does, in Utah, Ghana, and Kenya: our classes and programs, the families and students we serve, our staff and board, our changemakers, and the partners who work alongside us.
Our commitment in practice
- Our Utah programs are free and open to the children and families they are built for, including refugee and immigrant youth.
- Sign-ups, hiring, and changemaker opportunities are decided on merit, character, and commitment to the mission, never on a protected characteristic.
- We make reasonable accommodations so people with disabilities can take part in our programs and events.
